Return and Refund Policy
If your product is damaged or you are unhappy for any other reason, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of the date of purchase.
To return an item, please email Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Once you have received an RMA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging and return it to the following address using the return form provided:

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
Once we have received your return and verified the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. We require at least thirty (30) days from receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
